$850 for:
-12 hour shoot
-2 fully edited and audio mastered Demo Reels
-Professional Lighting
-Professional Sound
-Director/Grip
-No Per Person in scene charge (2 person scenes recommended)

*We come to you.
*Film for 5 hours with about 30 minutes set up/wrap out on each side.
*We will create a shot list and make cuts, adjustments or rewrites to scenes before shoot.
*Scripts must be provided by the client. We recommend original scenes or unrecognizable dialogue and characters.
*Scenes are available for $15 per script if unable to provide one for yourself.
*$350 deposit no later than 1 week before shoot
*$300 due upon delivery of reels to you.
*We do not acquire filming permits since this is a sub contracted service we are performing. Locations are recommended and provided by client. Public parks and locations are not recommended but are an option if requested. We do film in Griffith park if second location is within 4 miles of park. We will also film at Venice or Santa Monica Beach as long as second location is within 4 miles of beach.
*Additional fees may be required if client requires EncoreDemos to travel to location outside of 15 miles of Los Angeles.
*Optional scene partners can be provided and cast for you. You can cast your scene partners.
*We do not charge additionally per person. Just understand that the main person in the scene being shot gets 3 to 4 takes. Scene partner gets 1 to 2 takes.
You may find a way to split costs with a friend and alternate who is the focus of the scene. Completely your decision.
*2 locations max. Most can be filmed at 1 location.
*Driving shots are also not recommended but are still an option if requested.
*Optional Green Screen. Recommended for HOST Reels.
*1st rough Cut of Reel will be available to view online 7 days from wrap date.
*Approval of Rough Cut by actor is required within 2 days or Reel will be finalized as is without any changes entertained.
*Requests made by You to change reel must be made during the 2 days after rough cut is viewable.
*Final Cut of Reel will be sent to You in an additional 5 days before it is sent for the Audio to be Mastered and Synced by our technician.
*Final Cut must be Approved by You within 2 days of delivery or it will be sent for Mastering and no changes will be entertained without requiring additional payment from you first.
*Finished Reels will be delivered within 3 weeks of shoot date.
*Expediting Rough Cut, Final Cut and Audio Mastering requires an additional payment of $100 on shooting day.
*Copies of Raw Footage and Audio Files are not included in the package. We can export raw footage for your archives for an additional $100. This request must be made within 30 days of Delivery of Finished Demo Reels.
